CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Apr 21, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Dyax Corp. (NASDAQ:DYAX) will host a webcast and conference call, including an open question and answer session, Wednesday, April 28, 2010, to discuss its financial results and company progress for the first quarter ended March 31, 2010.
